So I have some bad news to report for all of you out there who are waiting for something new to listen to.. Its not going to happen for a while, Im just too busy with work. Im completely overwhelmed with things to do getting ready for the Extravaganja party that I just dont have the time necessary right now to dedicate to making new mixes.

However, once the party is over, I wont be nearly as busy for awhile so Ill have much, much more time to be able to dedicate to making new mixes. I havent even opened Traktor in like 2 months.. its kind of wierd, I think Ive fogotten what most of what the songs I have sound like.. hahaa.

Its been awhile since Ive put any serious effort into this site, so Ive taken the last few days to get it up to date. Ive added or I should say Ive revamped the about page with some actual information about me and the site. Ive also updated the collections page to accurately reflect the number of reviews on the site and the number of tracks in my collection (as of 10/6/08). Ive also updated the ratings page with some information about how I rate the reviews. Did you notice the nifty review stars? Yup, added that too recently! I likey the starz!

So Im going to try and do a better job in the future of keeping this site more up to date, and by up to date I mean by adding fresh reviews and videos more often. Ive told my self that Im going to add at least 1 review a week from now on. I already added one for this week.

I also added the big RSS button so you can get the latest post delivered right to you as soon as their posted!

Dont forget to leave a comment (I moderate the comments to control spam, so you wont see your comment posted right away) if you like something you see or hear (you can also say you dont like it, but be constructive in your criticism a post full of hate isnt going to get approved). I know its a pain in the ass to register on every site you visit, but its worth it.

You may have noticed Ive changed a few things this past week. Ive decided that Im going to add tracks to the collection as I review them instead of trying to do it the opposite way and list all the tracks then review them. You may notice that the collection is not up to date with the number of reviews, thats because I am only going to update the collection page once a week on Sundays to add all the new tracks that were added during the week.

The comment section of the reviews is going to be less of a review and more of a description of the track and how its sounds and plays.

The next thing thats going to change is that instead of just giving a X out of 5 review rating, Im going to give the tracks a X out of 5 review then Im also going to explain why that track got the reviews that it got. This is were Im going to put my opinion (aka, my review) of the track.

Another thing is that comments are being moderated to reduce spam. If you leave a comment and you dont see it posted right away, I check the moderation queue several times a day so your comment will be available to the world soon enough.
