i usally mix it several minutes in advance. like i set a loop of the B deck that i want to use and generally let it play under the A track for a minute or two before I release the loop. when the A deck is close to the end of the track i set a loop and then release the B decks loop to do the mix. then i usally keep the A deck loop going till the first break of the B decks track. so thats usally like a minute to a minute thirty then when it breaks it goes to 100% B track.

i use native instruments traktor 3 (no scratch or other plugins or extras) and i usally only use 2 decks. i havent quite gotten the hang of how to use 3 or 4 yet. but thats something i want to learn in the future.

so to answer your question about the mix for poppin beats to super skunk.. the anwser is that poppin beats when you hear the last poppin beats vocal you start to hear that plunk plunk plunk that kind of builds along the electro line thats the begining of super skunk and it just kind of blends and mixes in and out of poppin beats electro line until the electro line ends and the plunk plunk plunk replaces it.
